Albachiara is a luxury countryhouse completely restored and divided into 7 gorgeous bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
Near the main building, at about mts.60 away, there is a dependance with a big room with a living area with fireplace, a dining area and a nice kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher; portico.
This luxury villa has a dominant position: on one side there is the Tuscan border and some sweet hills covered by cultivated fields; on the other side there are Castiglione del Lago and Trasimeno Lake.
Around the house there is a vaste grass with a swimming-pool (12mx6m) in a sunny and panoramic position and at exclusive use of guests; around the pool there is a well equipped solarium with sun chairs and a gazebo with table and chairs.
From all the property and particularly from the pool there is a very nice view and it is possible to admire unforgettable sunsets towards Tuscany.
The owner has personalized the furnishings: each room has different furniture, some antique and some rustic pieces; there are elegant tapistries and original ornaments: these countryhouses have good taste and comfort.
The property is completely fenced off; there is a parking and a barbecue.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning system (to be paid extra locally).
Included in the price: adsl internet connection; satellite tv; pool towels; daily cleaning (3 hours x day /not on Sunday); mid-week linen change (on Wednesday). It is possible to require other linen changes (to be paid locally).
A cooker is available (to be requested at the time of the reservation and to be paid locally).
