Villa Maddalena is a big independent house situated in a panoramic and isolated hilltop position around the village of Casacastalda.
To reach this house from the main road there is a countryroad long kms 2,5.
From Villa Maddalena clients enjoy a gorgeous view on the surrounding hills and are easy to reach both Le Marche region and the Adriatic Coast (moreless 50 minutes driving).
The house has a nice external space with well kept garden corners shaded by some trees.
At exclusive guest“s use there is a large solarium with a swimming-pool (10x5) and a jacuzzi bath (2x 1,50). There are also sunchairs and sun long-chairs.
Pool towels are included in the rate: 1 per person per week.
At a few meters there is a tennis court (tennis rackets are not available).
On the backside of the house there are a woodden oven and a barbecue while in front of the house there is a garden area equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and also a table tennis.
Furniture is simple but the house is well organized with a washing machine, ironing facilities, a babybed and an highchair.
