Le Cerquelle is a big countryhouse on three floors near the village of Ripabianca.
The house is completely fenced off and is in a flat position, very centrally located to visit all Umbria.
the property is fully enclosed and it si surrounded by a well kept garden with various types of plants and bushes: at a few meters from the house there is a nice swimming-pool (12x6), equipped with garden furniture and is in panoramic position on the countryside.
Between the house and the pool clients may use a nice lighted gazebo equipped with tables and chairs to eat outside. There is also a barbecue.
In a small dependance there are a shower, a cloakroom, a changing room and a laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Furnishings are in rustic style and are comfortable.
The house is equipped with 2 cots, 2 highchairs, satellite tv, cd player.
Pool towels (one per person per week) are included in the rate.
Air co in the whole house (apart in one double bedroom on the first floor).
Internet wi-fi.
Small pets are allowed on request (max 1). To be reported before the booking confirmation.
