La Preziosa is a beautiful independent stone house. It is located on a hilltop position around Deruta town, very famous for its artistical ceramics.
The house is completely fenced off and has a dominant position with a spectacular view on the hills around, particularly on sunset.
Funishings are in rustic style.
From the living room there is direct access to a nice pergola: it is a pleasant relaxing corner also ideal for "al fresco" dinners.
The bedroom on the first floor has direct access to a large, panoramic and equipped terrace.
In the property there are two swimming-pools: one external pool (12x6) has a vaste equipped solarium and it is open from the end of May to the end of September; an internal pool (5x3) with jacuzzi and a relax area are open all the year round.
The internal swimming pool has a fitness area and is accessible from an internal stairs (15 steps); it is ideal for pleasant holidays also in low season: it can be heated only from the end of September to the end of May (gas to be paid locally on consumption for inside pool heated).
It is not possibe to open the big window near the inside pool because of hygienic reasons and to maintain a constant humidity level and water temperature.
Near the internal pool there is also a sauna (it functions with electricity): available all the year.
Pool towels are included in the price (one per person, with weekly change) as well as internet wi-fi.
The country house offers to its guests parking, barbecue, satellite tv in all the bedrooms, in the living room and in the fitness area near the internal pool.
There is air conditioning system in all the rooms apart in the twin bedded room on the ground floor and in the basement floor where is the internal pool.
Mosquito nets in all the windows.
At clients´s disposal: a cot, an highchair for children, ironing facilities.
Pets are not allowed.
