Large and elegant villa in the Southern of Umbria, at kms. 3 from Giove village where are some shops and nice small restaurants.
Orvieto town built on a stone hill and famous for its magnificent Dome, sets at about half an houre driving.
From Orvieto railway station it is possible to reach by train both Rome (1 hour) and Florence (1 hour and half).
Villa Il Grano is surrounded by a nice garden and offers 2 large terraces, both covered and equipped tyo eat outside.
Furnishings are very elegant and comfortable: the villa offers a very pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a special holiday.
In the living room there is a billiard table.
All the bedrooms (apart the single one) have air conditioning.
At a few meters from the villa there is a large swimming-pool (16x7) with roman stairs and equipped with sunbeds.
Pool towels are included in the rate (1 per person per week).
for reservations of 2 or more weeks, on Saturday morning the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the line change are included in the rate.

At the time of reservation is required the payment of a not refundable deposit of € 6,00 per person. It is included an insurance for damages to the property till tje amount of euro 300,00 in total.
In the villa is not permitted to smoke.
