A very special view on Bolsena Lake characterize this villa on the hills, surrounded by olive trees.
This panoramic position is visible from the pool, from the terrace and from the rooms of the villa : there are large windows in a very relaxing atmosphere.
Furnishings are modern, elegant and with special elements.
Bolsena town centre with its medieval buildings sets at about kms. 1,5 away and offers various services, restaurants and "trattorie".
The lake border is reachable by a pleasant walk and there are bar, restaurants and is possible to go to the beaches and play several sports (sailing, kayak, fishing, boat trips).
On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, it is an ideal place for excursions to Capodimonte village (famous for its ceramics, Montefiscaone (well known for its local white wine) and Orvieto with its Cathedral and St.Patrick water well.
From Orvieto railway station is possible to reach rome in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
At guest´s exclusive use there is a nice swimming-pool (12 x 6) with solarium equipped with sunchairs.
Pool towels are available (1 per person per week).
At guest´s disposal: laundry with washing-machine, ironing facilities, a cot, an highchair.
Cd and DVD players. Satellite Tv. Wi-fi. Barbecue.
For reservations of 2 or more weeks on Saturday morning the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms as well as linen change are included in the rates.
Welcome pack on arrival.
At the time of reservationis required the payment of a not refundable deposit € 6,00 per person; it is included an insurance for damages to the property till € 300,00.
Pets are not allowed.
