In origin Villa Gillo was used as a cellar to dry the grapes to produce the local "vinsanto".
Then it has been restored in a gorgeous countryouse ideal for holidays immersed inn the nature and surrounded by an oak forest.
The village of San Leo Bastia is at 15 minutes driving away: it offers a small grocery shop/bar and a local restaurant.
Other services are in Trestina at about 20 minutes driving away.
The house is furnished in rustic style and has various external spaces ideal for relax.
There are a pergola equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, a woodden oven and a barbecue.
The swimming-pool (8x4) sets at a few meters from the house , has an irregular shape and a roman staircase.
Pool towels are included (one per person with weekly change).
At guest´s disposal: laundry with washing-machine, ironing facilities, a cot, an highchair, CD, DVD players.
For stays of 2 or more weeks, on saturday are included the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms and the linen change.
Internet with satellitar connection. Parking.
Welcome pack included.
At the time of confirmation is required the payment of a not refundable deposit € 6,00 per person: it is included an insurance for damages to the property till the amount of € 300.
Small pets are allowed (max 1) to be reported before the booking confirmation.
