This nice independent country house is situated on a mid-hill position only 4km from Assisi. It is the ideal place for relaxing holidays on the Umbrian countryside.
The property is completely fenced off and has a parking place, a nice garden with flowers and some olive trees and a barbecue.
Near the house there is a swimmingpool (9,5mx6m) well equipped and in a beautiful position with a magnificent view over the Umbrian Valley and the S.Maria degli Angeli church.
Few meters from the house, in a quiet position, there is an enclosed pen with small farmyard animals and a pony horse. The owner goes daily to the house to take care of his animals.
Il Nido has a special offer price for max 2 persons in low season only; in this case clients use the whole house.
From the railway station in Assisi-S.Maria degli Angeli, both Rome and Florence towns are easy to be reached by train in a two hours journey.
