Relais Malena is a large countryhouse in a nice farm not far from Perugia towns centre.
The 4 Suites and 1 De Luxe bedroom have been restored with care and furnished with taste in a mix of rustic and modern style. They are perfectly equipped to offer a pleasant holiday in Umbria.
The athmosphere is very comfortable, elegant and relaxing. It is ideal for week-end and short breaks also in mid-week periods.
The old stable has been restored in a gorgeous living room in common use: there is a sitting aree, a table to paly cards and a library. In the room nearby there is a small souvenir shop to buy wines and olive oil from the farm, a cosmetic line prepared with olive oil and some handcrafs.
The small restaurant is reserved to guests of the relais: breakfast has a rich menų. The dinner (with reservation) has a fix menų (drinks are not included) with typical local dishes prepared by the owner.
The swimming-pool (9x5) is in common use to gests and is located in a private corner of the garden and is surrounded by trees.
All the suites have a sitting room with fireplace, one double bedroom, one bathroom and outside private and equipped space.
The De Luxe bedroom is composed by a nice bedroom and a bathroom.
Both the Suites and the De Luxe bedroom have air co, heating, satellite tv, wi-fi, cattle for coffee and tea, frigobar and safe.
All the bathrooms are equipped with bath-robe, pool towel, hair-dryer, cromotheraphy, courtesy products.
The daily rate includes: breakfast, wi-fi, swimming-pool in common use, air co, heating, parking.
Not included and to be paid locally: frigobar consumptions, dinner and all drinks.
Pets are not allowed.
Swimming pool opening dates: 15.05.2021 - 25.09.2021 Pool open from 01th May 2021 on request.
