This independent little villa sets in mid-hill position and it is surrounded by a lot of olive trees.
The village of SantŽ Arcangelo on the Trasimeno Lake is at only 500 mts away and it is also reachable on feet; it offers various services, some restaurants and there is the bus stop to reach Perugia town.
LŽUliveto is a completely fenced off property and it is accessible by a countryroad of about 400 mts.
On the ground floor of the house there is a nice portico with table and chairs and with a barbecue nearby: they are ideal to eat outside.
Near the house, in a private position there is an equipped swimming-pool (8x5) in a very panoramic position with spectacular sunsests on the Trasimeno Lake and the southern part of Tuscany.
Furnishings are modern.
There are mosquito nets in all the windows and ventilators in all the bedrooms, in the living-room of the ground floor and in the kitchen of the first floor.
There are also: ironing facilities, a babybed and an highchair.
On request the pool can be open untill 22th October: in this case, in October clients will pay the mid season weekly rental price.
