The property Villa Cica is composed of two typical countryhouses that sets at a few meters each other and can be rented only together.
They are in isolated position and are immersed in a very nice green valley on the border between Northern of Umbria and Tuscany.
The village of San Leo Bastia is at about 10 minutes driving and offers a small foodshop/bar and a restaurant.
Other services are in Trestina, at about 15 minutes driving.
Both the countryhouses have been restored and furnished with care in rustic style.
In the nice garden there are a gorgous pergola ideal for "al fresco" dinners, the woodden oven to prepare a delicious pizza and a relax area equipped with various sunchairs.
The swimming-pool at exclusive guest“s use (5x4,5mts.) sets at a few meters from the houses, in a private area and is equipped with some sunchairs.
At guest“s disposal: laundry with washing machine and toilet, ironing facilities, a cot, an highchair, CD, DVD.
Pool towels are included (1 per person per week).
For reservations of 2 or more weeks on Saturday morning the cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms as well as linen change are included.
Internet wi-fi and private parking.
Welcome pack included.
At the time of confirmation is required the payment of a not refundable deposit of € 6,00 per person: it is included
an insurance for damages to the property till the amount of € 300,00.
Small pets are allowed (max 1). to be reported before the booking confirmation.
