Gorgeous apartment in Nocera Umbra town centre; it it a nice village completely restored and ideal for a relaxing holidays and do trekking in the mountains around.
Nocera Umbra sets in a very central position between Assisi and Spoleto and also at a short distance from Frasassi Caves and Adriatic coast.
The apartment is the dependance of an ancient manor house (where sometimes live the owners) that sets in a characteristic alley of the village, at a walking distance from the main piazza, the Museum, the Picture Gallery, the Cathedral and a small restaurant.
The village offers various shops and services; there is also a big public swimming pool (open from 1th June till 15th September - daily/weekly tickets available and to be paid locally): all these services are reachable also on feet from the apartment, passing through the typical stone alleys.
Il Rifugio is a two floors apartment with a very special view on the roofs and the countryside and has a private external space equipped with a big umbrella, table and chairs.
It has also a small private parking (access by an automatic gate), with 1 parking reserved to guests (access for cars long max mts. 4,30). At a few meters from the house there is a public parking( some places are free, some on payment).
At gust´s disposal and included in the rate: pool towels (1 per person per week), hairdryer.
