Sant´Apollinare is composed of three buildings: the main countryhouse where the owner lives; the countryhouse Il Noce divided into two apartments but rented to only one group of 7 persons; the dependance with two small apartments (Il Kiwi and L´Olivo).
The countryhouse Il Noce is in a quiet position and surrounded by woods.It has a portico and a gazebo, both lighted and equipped with table and chairs to eat outside.
The dependance sets in front of the pool, in raised position and has 2 gorgeous apartments ideal for couples.
Il Kiwi is an apartment with a private small garden and a pergola equipped with table and chairs.
L´Olivo is a studio apartment with a small private terrace with table and chairs.
All the apartments are furnished with care in rustic style and have external private space equipped with table and chairs.
In common use to all guests and the owner there is the swimming-pool (15x7); to reach it there is a stair (16 steps). It is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sunchairs and by olive trees and the wood in a pleasant relaxing area.
